[Resolved] Snapdeal — Product Defect AND Warranty | |||||
I have bought earphones named " House of Marley Smile Jamaica EM- JE041-ra earphones- rasta " with dated invoice of 22nd November 2015. Earphones were working well till last week but now "the right side of the earphones is not giving any sound" and also "the over all quality of sound has also depreciated with time". I have searched online and got to know that the product has a warranty period of 2years. I have also tried you approaching through your help centre as well as your customer service, but i guess both of those facilities of yours are not competent enough to just hear whats your customer is saying. P.S.: i am pissed off by this low quality of service from such a huge e-tailer. Hope to look for a quality service from your side this time. Was this information helpful? | |||||
