[Resolved] Snapdeal — product is duplicate | |||||
I had bought nike air max running shoes invoice number :secbcf/1000462 and order no.: [protected] which got torn in less than 3 Months. When i contacted nike care, & they are saying that the product is Not original. When i contacted with snapdeal they refuse to return my money and did not take any action against the seller. They are not even taking my complain seriously. They refused by saying that they have 7 days return policy but they are not thinking that these shoes are duplicate. They are asking for the written statement for the rejection of the shoes but nike care is not providing any kind of denial document. They said that they have no power to provide such kind of statement in written. All complain query reference no. Is 44173588 and 44125277 and 44121758. Was this information helpful? | |||||
