Dear Sir,
I ordered product ( ID: [protected]) from snapdeal on 9th September, which was supposed to be delivered on 15th of september to Bhopal. Due to their internal issues they didn't deliver it. Now since 17th of september they are saying that they will refund me money, and they have not refunded anything yet, in spite of calling again and again. They just say that issue will be resolved in 48 Hours.
9th Sept: order placed
15th Sept: estimated time to deliver
17th Sept: Money will be refunded in 48 Hours
24th Sept: Product returned to snapdeal by fedex, no money refunded
02nd Oct: Customer care executive says that product has not been returned yet, so we will have to wait till they receive it.
Product's Fedex tracking no. given:[protected]
According to Snapdeal: No one was there to receive product, hence returned by Fedex
According to Fedex: Snapdeal has not paid VAT, hence we will not deliver, returning it to Snapdeal
Sir please resolve this, I would like to have my money back along with a compensation of Rs. 10000/-
