[Resolved] Snapdeal — product not delivered but status changed to delivered. | |
My product has not been delivered but my delivery status says delivered. The delivery guy had called for directions and did not turn up and soon the status was changed to delivered. I have written queries on the app and ask tried numerous times via customer care and emails. The product is a gift and i need it as soon as possible. Either refund the amount or deliver the product.
