Snapdeal — Product Not delivered & cancelled By company itself | |||||
I had placed order for LG 32LF581B 80cm (32) HD Ready Smart LED (Rs 24, 192) (order #[protected] ) on 26 September 2015 on SNAPDEAL.com. That was committed to deliver between 4th October -8th October. But till now it is in same status which was on the first day of placing the order. After reminding for so many times on mail about the status of the product that is still in first step of processing. yesterday i again mailed about the status, this time it shows cancelled and that was not done by me. It was done by company itself.Find the enclosed images. then i got a call from Snapdeal for apologies and asked me to place the order again. but this time the prices are high as compare to the prices for which i had placed the order. now i want the ordered product in the same price for which i had place the order . but Snapdeal denied for the same. I had spend lot of time on Snapdeal website in search of good deal now i came to know that my order product can't be delivered. What kind of services they are offering if they are not capable to deliver the product on time. Was this information helpful? | |||||
