[Resolved] Snapdeal — Product not dispatched by Snapdeal even after 14 days | |||
I ordered a toy laptop from Snapdeal using Cash on Delivery Mode on 29th April, 2014 vide order id : [protected]. I was initially provided the dispatch date of 2nd May, 2014. It kept on changing everytime . I called to their customer care numbers also and booked a complaint also (complaint number 6464847) I was assured that the product will be dispatched with in 24 hrs. Till now product is not dispatched. I want a strong action should be taken against the company as it has just created a fool out of me by quoting the lowest price but not keeping the promise. I was getting the same product from other websites at higher prices. But they lured me with lowest price. Was this information helpful? | |||
