Snapdeal — Product ordered, order placed but then canclled

I ordered a footwear on snapdeal. Its cost was showing Rs 35 at a huge discount.
Order placed and i received its transaction id/order number

Order ID: [protected] Placed on: 04 Apr, 2016..10.52 am

then i received another msg & email from snapdeal that my ordered item is canclled, may be by mistake this item was showing 91% discount but this seems to be a fraud and cheating with the sentiments of consumers.
Kindly resolve this complaint, so that other consumers may not solve the same problem.
