I feel like that, I have cheated by snapdeal and snapdeal doesn`t even care to help their customer to resolve the issue.
Snapdeal doesn`t even respond to my email regarding the product which was never delivered to me.
I have called more than 15 times to snapdeal, looking to resolve the issue so that I can get my product but snapdeal doesn`t even cater to help me to get my product. Evrythime I call snap deal all I get to hear is fake promise and false commitment.
Everytime i cal snapdeal and request for supervisor, the agents responds that they will arrange a call back at certain time but that call back never comes. when I call back again, same thing happens.
I have been trying to get this problem resolved since 15th November but snap deal or their agents aren`t helpful at all, they keep asking me to wait wait and wait.
I ordered the product on 9th november at the cost of rs27999 opted for an EMI option that costed me rs1000 more, so the complete cost was 28999, now the product is un-delivered to me and agents from snapdeal are so so so unprofessional and not helpful at all because all they keep on saying is that it is company policy and they repeat this over and over.
first the delivery date was 15th November, the 17th November, but still I haven`t received the product till 20th November and now snapdeal isn`t helping me at all.
Now the snapdeal agents are saying that I would get a refund of just 27999 and i should place the order again at the current cost of the product which is rs316999.
I don`t seem to understand i have never asked for the refund, all I want is my product and moreover if I am forced to reorder the product, why should i pay the rs 31699 to reorder the product, when it`s not my fault that product was lost by the corrier partner ECOM EXPRESS.
Its snapdeal responsibility or ECOM EXPRESS responsibility that the product is lost, why would i be penalized for their mistake.
I keep on drafting email to snaldeal but never hearback from snapdeal, I know this email would be dropped in the garbage by snapdeal and there is no person in authority who can help me out in this situation. Was this information helpful? |
