[Resolved] Snapdeal — Quality of Snapdeal products | |||
I had procured a Mixer grinder of brand name "Butterfly" through e-commerce Snapdeal. On 8th day of delivery we feel a burning smell from the mixer motor. Also while shaking some sound is hearing of loosen pieces. The funniest thing is the blades of the bowl gets rusted in 24 hours of time after usage. This is the first time I am seeing gets rusted for a mixer bowl. I think these online traders are manipulating the spare parts for reducing the cost before delivery. The matter has put in to snap deal customer care. Initially they denied to reverse it. On my continuous pressure and marking this matter in facebook, they agreed to take it back within a week of time. But even after 2 weeks the packed item is with me only. Not only they didn't shipped the material also they are not responding the mails. I do need your help to sort out the issue Was this information helpful? | |||
