[Resolved] Snapdeal — Refrigerator | |||||
Wrong product received from snapdeal, complained plenty of times but not get any positive response, now they are not even contact me. Snapdeal is worst site ever. They does not have any complain email id or phone number. They have only 1 costumer care number that takes 15-20 minute to connect. The costumer care executive are not well educated, even disconnect your call.I want to replace my wrong fridge but they denied to replace, even they dont give me the invoice of this product.They are not contacting me about this issue & now they closed my case so that i cant complain him. Kindly workout on this as soon as possible. I dont want to become wrong target by this misguided or fake site. Was this information helpful? | |||||
