Snapdeal — Refund amount not yet received | |||
Hi, Order no. [protected]. I had to reutun a Kurti which was purchased on 5th Sept 2015. I was asked to provide BEFT details for the refund which was also done. It is more than a month that my refund is yet to be credited to my account. The call center is of no use, submitted a complaint via Snapdeal website for which i received a mail that i cannot place any replacement request because it is more than 7 days. When i am referring to my refund for a product which is already returned to Snapdeal i receive a irrelevant e-mail response that i cant return the product. Am just frustrated with the guys.
