9th feb i was trying to order Asus Zenfone Max ZC550KL 16GB 4G from my debit because that time cash on delivery not available order was not placed was canceled from company side bt amt of 10096rs. was deducted from my account throgh debit i was send all necessary document (bank statement) regarding from refund order id no. [protected] bt they making fool till from 9 th feb ...do not refund my deduct account they do fraud or cheat

i will concerned with bank for refund bank fill up reversal form by me and forwarded to the higher authority and sanpdeal will also cordinate with them...plz clear my refund
