[Resolved] Snapdeal — refund | |||||
Snapdeal has taken money from me and is not accepting the return of the product. The product doesn't fit me & as they promise they should accept the return. I had raised the request on the same day of the delivery but no one turned up to receive the product. They called and informed that they won't return the product whereas it's a returnable product. They've taken money from me and then inform me that they won't accept return. They should have informed before hand that they won't accept return requests on returnable products. I wouldn't have given them my hard earned money. Kindly help me get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
