[Resolved] Snapdeal — refund

I applied for refund in snapdeal.com 1 month back; but still there is no response from snapdeal 12 days back i called them anf they told me that they had intiated my refund but till now i have got nothing from there side neither refund nor my product which i returned them back

now even i am not able to contact them
I was not knowing the customer care service of snapdeal is so bad totally unethical
I want snapdeal to make my refund now because i am waiting for it from past 1 month and amount is 18000
My complain number is 46263089
