The order was placed on[protected]. Returned on[protected]. For that your team initiated Refund on[protected]. But i didn't get the Refund. Than i contacted your team on[protected] and found that the account number given by me is incorrect. Than i inform the matter to your team They told me if NEFT returned to their a/c they send again to correct a/c. Otherwise They cant give the Refund again as the details was provided by customer. Ok i agree with these words immediately i check with my branch for that wrong a/c number given by me. I was confirmed by our the wrong a/c number given by me doesnt exsist with my Branch. Here if NEFT sent by your team definetly you'll get UTR number but you didn't get it. Even your team get UTR number the a/c number & IFSC CODE doesnt match for this reason it returned to senders a/c automatically. But when i request them for UTR number on[protected] they give "[protected]"as a Refund reference number and told to share this number with my Branch to Know the exact status of Refund. Later on[protected] They give another number as Refund reference number" P[protected]" And tell the same. Sir is this Refund reference number usefull to know the status of Refund from our Branch. For that reason i contacted your team again & again but your team tells that you have to wait for 48hrs, 4 business days, 7business days like that. On 30-oct2015.i got a mail from snapdeal to Submit currect a/c details i submitted that on the same day and it shows that sucessfully submitted. Later i got a mails from snapdeal continously on 31oct 1nov than i contacted your team for that he told snapdeal have some Technical problems in that link so you send through another way. I send the correct details and got mail from snapdeal on & 3 Nov 2015 i.e. We received your a/c details and initiated the Refund within 24hrs but i didn't get the Refund. Again i request them for UTR number they send same Refund reference number i.e. P[protected]. The same was Sent me on 12 october, 7nov & 19nov.finally they told they didn't get any responce from your finance team as the NEFT was returned. It may take 48hrs to get that. Finally i got a mail and call from senior manager on 22 Nov (sunday) they told they got infromation from your finance team as the NEFT was returned and they initiated on23rd. On 23-nov 2015 i got a mail as the Refund was initiated and will be credited to my account in 4 business days. But still now i didn't get the Refund. And when i contacted snapdeal team to request for UTR number they told me they didn't get it from the finance team.
