Snapdeal — Refund issues

I had ordered "letv le max tempered glass screen guard by soroo" at the cost of 499 rupees on 27 march 2016 from snapdeal. The item is delivered to me on 4 april 2016. Since, this item was not fit for my phone, i think that this was the wrong piece, so i return and replace this. But after few days, i have found the perfect item for my phone. So i purchased that one and cancel this order. According to the refund policies of snapdeal, the money should be refunded after 6-7 business days but the amount is not refunded till now. I have complained to snapdeal customer supports about 5 times about the issues but they were asking everytime for my account detailed and i have provided the information everytime. But still they have not refunded my amount.
I therefore request you to kind take some action, so that i will get the solution for my problem.

I purchased a Lakme Cream from Snapdeal, but the one i wanted was a different one. So immediately opted for the refund. I was firstly told that some courier guy will come and pick up the product and refund will be done after the check. Later i was asked to courier the product to the mentioned address and then send them the scanned copy of receipt to them and the money will be refunded on freecharge.
This all hassle is since they dont have pick up service in the area where i stay but they do have delivery services. This all is totally rubbish, why the hell does the customer needs to go through the trouble of all this when it is your company's responsibility to provide the pick service as well. The product is still lying with me. This is totally unaaceptable and I will never ever purchase from snapdeal.

I purchased 4pair of shoes from Snapdeal and want to buy two but when I saw the products are duplicate and not the original one then I ask for return for all pair of shoes, but they denied my return request saying that yours return ratio is high, all because I told them that none of the pair of shoes are of original brand[Nike] and they blocked [not returning] my 4000 rs and cancel my return request. Worst experience with Snapdeal no other sites do follow such policy, will never buy and will always tell other's not to buy because for them customer and his money doesn't matter, will make profit out of customer money just by not returning the amount by giving such stupid reason.
