Snapdeal — Refund not done or tracked for returned product and pathetic customer support | |||||
Its pathetic to see how incompetent process and support executives are in place for a company like snapdeal wherein I am being forced to feel that the company is wanting to steal my money from me.I have placed return requet for 2 numero uno jeans a few weeks back and with the cost effective way they function little did I know they will send 2 different couriers to pick one product at a time.The return request no was 09618126 order number [protected]. The first vendor Pickandgo came collected 2 packets with both the jeans from me and I mistakenly did not check that he had given a slip for just 1 jeans. When the second courier person came that is when I realized about the confusion and reported the same the customer care no. where I guess no one paid heed to what I said to track both the jeans as few days later I received refund for only one jeans and got a mail telling to send the second jeans through a courier.My call to CC was of no use and although I had returned the product the team with snapdeal did nothing to track it. I called up again and asked a complaint to be logged to which these people said it is been done and they will track product and get back to me.It has been more than a week of followup from my side but there is no one from the team following up on my concern. Today when I called the supervisor is giving my return request as my complaint no and is saying that there is some discrepancy the details of which he is unable to provide. It shows they have a pathetic customer support and system in place as they are unable to track a product picked up extra by their courier person and provide the refund for. I will be ensuring this concern of mine is posted on all possible complaint forums as I am so wary of buying anything from snapdeal now and will ensure I warn other customers about the lack of support infrastructure snapdeal has.Just for approx.Rs 600 you have made me followup multiple times with no resolution in place and no possibility of being able to be heard by a team senior to the incompetent supervisors you have. there are some of them so rude who don't even bother to ask the issue and straight forward tell nothing can be done, also some who quoted the issue wrong (size change, price change, etc)despite of numerous calls made by me. I guess they don't care for their customers ...absolutely let down and hopefully someone senior from the company has a look at this simple issue of mine that the company CC has only made worse. I would need you to please post the resolution from your end on this portal.
I want to see how competent your team is in tracking a simple issue of providing refund of a product picked up by your own courier vendor(corrected name is nuvoex and pikingo was second courier who had come after novoex rep had picked up both jeans instead of one).
Please keep me posted on the developments on my email and on this forum.
