Snapdeal — Refund not done or tracked for returned product and pathetic customer support | |||||
I ordered a product from Snapdeal and was delivered the same on 9 Oct '15. I returned the product back to Snapdeal on 11th Oct '15 as I was not satisfied. Since then am chasing for the refund of my money and its been 20 days. I have not got my money back. I call Snapdeal almost every day just to listen that my refund will be initiated in 2 days. Last week, I spoke to the customer care and she said sir i am giving you my words your refund will be initiated in 48 hours, still nothing done. I mailed the issue many time to [protected]@snapdeal.combut nobody seems bothered to resolve the issue. I feel helpless with Snap deal's pathetic customer service.
