Hi snapdeal,
this is shaan i have ordered a product from your site.i have cancelled its going to about 30 day but still i did not get my refund amount back.i have called many times to your officers but i did nt any reply from them they always said that they will proceed further but they did nt. i provided them all information including cnote no of my product, order no, tracking no.but they didnt agree to refund my amount.they ask me to give return slip no, and i didnt get any slip as its a case of cancellation.i am providing all information related to my product below.please proceed my refund request.
