Ordered Item : Iphone 64GB Ordered on : 11th January Ordered Received on 13th January Order Id: [protected] Snapdeal delivered me wrong product, Instead of 64GB iphone they delivered me 16GB. After so many phone call and emails they finally got the wrong product picked up on 28th of January and I was informed on 29th that my refund will be credited to my account on 4th Feb. Today it is 8th Feb and I have still not received amount from Snapdeal. When I call them they are saying that the amount has already been paid. Was this information helpful? | |||||
