Snapdeal — Refund not recived | |||||
Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I have purchased a Yu Powerbank (Order No. [protected]) from your company on 24 Sept 2015 through my HDFC A/c No. [protected]. On receiving the power bank it was found faulty as it was not able to discharge power and we initiated a return of the product. The real trouble started when the money was refunded into my HDFC account as I have closed the account on 30 Sept as I have moved my account to IDBI due to my new job and marriage. I have talked to your customer care executives and written several emails but this is of no avail as till now I have not received the money as your executives are stating that they have initiated a refund. I would request you to transfer the money (REF No.provided by Snapdeal [protected]) either as Cash/SD Money in my IDBI account (details provided as below.) as the money refunded will not be coming into the account as account is closed. The last statement of 30 Sept 2015 is attached for your reference. A lot of emails and calls is being exchanged for this so please resolve this asap.
