[Resolved] Snapdeal — refund of non working/faulty product | |||||
Dear sir, I have booked my order on snapdeal dt 24.6.17 order id: [protected], the product was found faulty/non working and was requested to be refunded. On sending the item on 10.7.17 to their warehouse it was rejected though it contains all original packing/seal/receipt. Till now i have tried to contact them many times bt no one seems to respond. Pathetic service, even after complaining and re-sending my item, it again got refused. Seriously this type of act is frustrating and not acceptable. How am I suppose to send my item, if you guys keep on returning it.
Its going to be one and half month and no one seems to bother regarding my refund.
