The refund was processed on 19th dec...but not credited in bank, i shared my bank staement several times as well...but no action also...on 2nd jan i mailed them in case refund fails plz transafer my money to freecharge wallet still their refund team again transaferred my money to bank...and asking mebto run branch again and again ...instead of crediting my money to wallet freecharge...again on 3rd jan apart from my saying they transaferred money to bank fooolishly...now i must take some legal actions regarding snapdeal fraud...registered mail id [protected]@gmail.com...[protected] is registered no...

even for me too i order a woodland shoe on 7th dec snapdeal cancelled the product automatically and say refunded successfully on 27th dec'16 still not reflected to my bank account, me too went to the bank, bank says no process of refund can't track with the given refund trasaction reference no. as there is no process.i don't know what is wrong with snapdeal.
