[Resolved] Snapdeal — Refund of the product returned | |||
I had cancelled an order due to the delay but the product still got delivered to my address during my absence at home. I requested for return pick up and that too happened after so much of delay. After sending the product back to snapdeal, my amount is not yet refunded. I have been waiting for so long. Its been around 3 months and I have been calling the customer care every 2 days and they ask me to wait for 24 to 48 hours whenever I call. I am really fed up with this.
