[Resolved] Snapdeal — Refund pending more than 15 days | |||||
Canceled the order on 6th Oct (Order ID: [protected]) and as per policy, It should reflect in my account within 4 days but it's been more than 15 days now and the amount has not been credited yet. Snapdeal team had requested several times to solve the refund issue and every time they are giving me false assurance that within 24 hrs the amount will be credited in my account. However till date no update from snap deal side even though repeated reminders in the form of mails & telecom. Today also i tried customer care and requested to forward the call to some seniors and they put me on 15 min hold and finally the call was cancelled. The seniors are not attending the calls and they are not even showing the courtesy to solve the issue. I confirmed with my bank also till date no refund has been credited. Not sure they are rotating the money or what fooling up the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
