Sir, this is regarding my order id [protected] placed on 2nd may 2017 for f&d t30x tower speakers but i was send some frontech make home theater speakers instead of my ordered f& d tower speakers in the package.. I then opted for a return and refund of the product and as directed by snapdeal.com by email dated 20th may 2017 to courier the said parcel by any local courier service within 5 days, i send the above mentioned item by dtdc courier service on 22nd may 2017 by paying rs 1760/, having dtdc consignment no d32997391, next i received a reminder email from them to upload courier receipt and dtdc docket no which i uploaded.. Then i could see from snapdeals return status column that they have already received the item but was surprised to recieve a email on 27th may 2017 stating "we understand that you are facing an issue with your item and wish to refund it. While processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks". "active orders and claims linked to this account will also not be processed and you may not be able to make new transactions." therefore i feel cheated and harassed by snapdeal.com.
I kindly request you to help me to get refund of rs 7700 towards the cost of speakers and rs 1760/ towards courier amount, totaling to approx. Rs 9460/ either in my bank account or in my snapdeal freecharge account. Hence i request you to help me for a earliest settlement to this issue. I have uploaded and attached the photos of the received parcel and its contents and courier payment bill for reference..
