Dear sir,
i have ordered REDMI NOTE-3 on 1/10/2016 receiving your jpackage on 18/10/2016, while opening the package i was shocked to SALORA mobile worth INR1000. Mobile received was o[censored]sed and damaged condition. When I called snapdeal customer care regarding the issue, I didn't received any proper response. After all the talking and brain storming with customer care (snapdeal) they asked me to send the mobile to their warehouse. Since, the mobile returned did not matched with original mobile, amount refund was not generated. This mismatch in the IMEI is due to the fact that i did not received the original package in the first place. There is no fault at my end. I received a mobile which was used and damaged and was worth only INR 1000 instead of the ordered mobile for which i paid INR 10, 999 to snapdeal.
