I ordered a mobile HTC desire 326G (order no [protected]) and same was delivered on 04 mar 16. due to faulty product i requested for return on 05 mar 16(request no[protected], they not responded subsequently i call customer care four times. yet no resolution have been provided. No snap deal Representative visited or contacted me and nor they recollected the product.
