I have purchased a f&d 2.1 speaker from snap deal 11 Dec, 2015 and it got delivered on 18 Dec, 2015-The product was damaged condition so i have placed the request on 20th of dec for replacement but they sent the pick up team on 22nd and 01:04 PM, 25 Dec, 2015 new order taken.
Today it is 31st the replacement item hasn't arrived to me when i checked with the fedex team they are claiming the product is at bangalore and will take 6 more days to deliver me.
It will take maximum 8 hours from bangalore to my city even if i travel in government bus.I don't understand why they are cheating the customers like this.
Already snapdeal delivered a damaged product and again they are irritating by this kind of service.
