[Resolved] Snapdeal — Return Request | |||||
I have ordered a product (Order ID: [protected]) on 08-AUG-2016 and it has been delivered. When we tested this product in home its not working properly so I raise a request to return this item. Courier company (Nuvoex) then daily sent a message that they will send someone to take this back but finally on 24th august'16 they close this return reqeust by saying that no one found in home (while that was not the case and even i did not get any call from couried company too). Then after I again spoke to Spandeal customer excutive multiple times (31-Aug-16, 06-Sep-16...) and everytime they assured that item will return back in two day and sorry for inconvenience but actually nothing was happened. When i called back again today (13-Sep-16) then they said sir courier company already did lots of effort and now we can not take this further while that was not the case. So, I am now not sure where to go and get the compensation of torturing a customer in this way. Was this information helpful? | |||||
