[Resolved] Snapdeal — Return request declined no refund | |||||
I had order two watches on[protected] and order ID:[protected] and I got the product on[protected] one watch was perfect and other one was not working properly ...it means its time switching button was not working so I raised a request on same day ...but now snapdeal have rejected my return request and they are giving reason that did not meet quality they always give that reason .by sending a defective item how come they can tell that it did not meet quality, I have returned on same day I want a refund for the product please help me to get back my money Was this information helpful? | |||||
