Snapdeal — Returned the product still not get the refund | |||||
I have returned the BOat Rock headphone of rs 1500, and it was not a good product, So I returned it, After returning, this is 1 month Snap Deal has not refund me my amount, everytime they are giving me an excuse that it will be refunded, 10-15 times they gave me the excuse, however didnt refund it and didnt fulfill their commitment, It is so disappointing that I dont want to recommend anyone to buy from Snap Deal and I seriously dont know will they refund my money or not. I have shared my banks details everything, however I havent' received the refund. So please take my complain and take action on that. All the customer care collegues and Supervisors just gave excuses, they didnt payback the Money.So Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
