[Resolved] Snapdeal — Snapdeal cancel my order them self

Placed on 7 Feb, 2017. i placed a order and confirmed by email and SMS. After 4 days they are canceled my order theirself. other three orders delivery ok. but this order canceld "Order could not be fulfilled due to unavailability with seller. Your order is cancelled now. We apologise for the inconvenience caused." when that time i ordered Product Available. snapdeal tells wrong reason. I snap deal dit't delivery my product i will go to NATIONAL CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION.

Updated by Sky Computer Services Sir My order is confirmed . your company send to me a email and SMS with Order confirmed and price and Delivery Date. If product unavailable how can you send confirm order mail and delivery date. Please give me which you had Promised. waiting for your action to resolve my query. If Snapdeal NOT HONOURING PROMISES THEY MADE i will take Legal Action
