Snapdeal — SNAPDEAL ORDER REFUND YET TO BE RECEIVED ORDER PLACED NOV. 2014 | |
ORDER NO:[protected]. I placed an order on 29 November 2014 for four different items, but just minutes after placing the order I cancelled the entire order because of change of mind. I received the refund for all the items on the fifth day except for one which is still pending amounting to Rs.482. I spoke to the customer care nearly 60 times till date, but my money is yet to be refunded. At least 50 emails were sent. I am a hardcore online shopper and would rate snapdeal a -10 on a scale of 10.
