I have bought this product from snapdeal on 14th of dec2015. Now after their 7days return policy i found the product is faulty. The customer care told me to contact the Sony for warranty. when i contacted them they said the seller from whom i bought this product is not authorized. well I didnt know that Snapdeal will sell an unauthorized product. I am very diappointed with the fear of loosing 11000 Rs. Was this information helpful? | |
