I've purchased SONY BRAVIA KLV-32R482B 81 CM from snapdeal on 16/11/2014 . They told me that invoice bill copy as a warranty card at that time. Now my TV is not working (video is not coming). KLV-32R482B model was stopped already . I spoke to Sony service center and they asked me to submit warranty card. I've given the invoice copy to sony service center. But they did not accepted it. They will give new TV, if warranty card submits.
I've raised a complaint to snap deal to provide a warranty card. they told me that " it's not possible to get the warranty card from seller"
I spoke to snapdeal customer care several times. I got the " not possible" reply after several calls. I'm really disappointing.
