I have spent 25k during this task please help me to withdraw my money, they told if i want to withdraw means you have to recharge for 25k then only you will get your money and now they are not responding to my messages please help me out from this or take legal action for this

They will contact with me in telegram and now they are not responding me, first they gave me for 200rs task i completed it and later they gave me for 500rs so i dit it but later without my permission they gave me task that randomly asking me to recharge to complete task so i did for 25k but the task didn't finish at all, so i asked i don't have money to complete task, so i want to withdraw my money what i spend but they said you have to pay penalty for that so now they are not allow me to withdraw money so please help me from this
