[Resolved] Snapdeal — the delivered bedsheet torn | |||
I placed an order of bedsheet set with snapdeal the packet was delivered on 30th of december. We opened the same an found theproduct to be torn. I looged in and requested a pickup towards replacement. To my horror nobody cmae and now i am chasing them and they are sharing custom revert that the dealine to replace has crossed. At first the item is damaged and as i consumer my interests should be protected. Next it is their fault that they did not send a pickup. The company in my view cannot refuse.
