Snapdeal — There are big cheat | |||
Hi, I have made a purchase on 24-Oct-14 and I was not happy with the quality so created return request for 3 items. When a courier guy came my parents returned 2 items(1150/- and 1149/-) because 3rd item was not in their place, They asked courier guy to come next day, but guy didnt show up. I have informed snapdeal right away that 3rd item is not returned. After somedays I get the refund for 3rd item(606/-) which is not returned at all and still with my parents. Till date I have not received the remaining refund for 2 items which are returned. from almost last 2 months every alternate day I am calling to customer care and asking status of my refund. None of the executives are providing any information or any date. They just keep telling only one thing, we are looking this issue as priority, some miscommunication happened from their side.When I ask them to connect me with their superiors, they keep me on hold for 10-15 minutes and say that manager is busy. They will arrange a callback from them. And no wonder till date I haven't got any call back. I hope this message reaches to concerned person, who really care about customers.
