Snapdeal — They have taken the product back but have not given the money back as per there scheme | |||||
I have ordered two 32 gb usb 3.0 pendrives from snapdeal. Co. M. The pendrive have been delivered. Both the pendrives were not working properly. So we asked for a refund. They have send the refund for one pendrive. And have not send the refund for second pendrive and have taken the pendrive with them. The reason for non refund that they gave was unsuccesful pickup. But the item was pickup succesfully. I have the receipt of pickup. I have mailed several times to their websites and even mail them yet they have not given any response. I want you to take strict steps against them. I am attaching the suitable receipts. They assure problem solved but now its been a month i have been in short of money they have took 589 rs for that pendrive and are now not responsible and not doing anything except delay .I would like you to draw your attention and take serious action against its policy so that they may not disturb a persons faith. These organization on big scale are conducting such activities you need to take serious action against them Was this information helpful? | |||||
