Order id [protected] Hey, After waiting 6 days for my order, I get a mail stating the courier company lost my package and I ll need to wait another 4 Business days for my refund. So instead of sending me an apology and another hard disk you ppl have just increased the time it will take for me to get a new hard drive since I will have to re place the order and wait for 5 more days for ti to be delivered when I get the refund ( IF at all that happens in next 4 business days). In short I am losing 15 days of my time because of an error on ur part.Please find me an alternative solution more suitable for me so I expect a call back from you guys soon regarding this
