[Resolved] Snapdeal — Waiting for compensation relating to order # [protected] | |||||
I had ordered Spacewood bedroom set from Snapdeal and the mirror on the wardrobe has come broken. Its been 11 days since I have lodged a complaint and Snapdeal team and myself we came to a consensus that instead of replacing or returning the product, Snapdeal will either repair the product or provide a compensation so that I can get it repaired from outside. However, after calling for almost 12 times no one seems to have a solution on the issue. Every time I call I have to explain the issue from start and its quite painful to go through the same process again and again. Last call I had this afternoon lasted for 20 mins and I was told someone will call me back in 2 hours to resolve the issue.. but same old story. I spoke with Mr. Satish Kumar, ticket # 24462267 and the supervisor on floor was Mr. Manish Kumar who was too busy to come on the call. I hope someone from Snapdeal looks into the issue seriously and comes up with a solution. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am hearing the same for toolong. Please give exact turn around time for a solution.
As usual I got a quick call after putting these complaints and I was told that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours (yet another 24-48 hours story) and no resolution after 24 hours. Request Snapdeal to give me a definite TAT for the resolution as these false commitments of 24 hours are meaningless after such a long delay.
