I have purches one of a lather jacket Order ID: [protected], in offer period in very low price. i have paid money through my sbi debit card. without any information mail or cal snapdeal cancell this order, when i ask for regarding for this they say me this order is not cancell by snapdeal side and totally creat a blame on me, that you have cancell this order, if i cancell this order then why i cal snapdeal and waste my money by calling him. plz take some action on snapdeal and plz say snapdeal to send the product which i order in very low price. now a days snapdeal making lot of fraud and cheated to customer. plz help me consumer cell and solve my complain. another complain is regarding for Order ID: [protected]. in this i have order for Sensodyne Expert Toothbrush Pack of 4. they send me 3 pack of brush, in this i will get 50% case back after order delivery. i have already asked from snapdeal customer 50% case back and they said me you will definetly get a 50% case back after order delivery. know when i compalin that i didn't get my 50% case back they said me this type of offer is not going on that day then i ask for take out my cal recording that i had talk to you earlier on 10 dec for confermation on 50% caseback. they say me i have take your compalin and one of my backend tem will cal you. sir, more than 4 days pased but no any snapdeal representive cal me regarding for this problem. i have lost my Rs116 by calling to snapdeal. plz help me consumer cell in this. know no one is their who help me in this only you can help and take me out from this problem. plz do some things and take out my money from snapdeal. snapdeal is a one of a cheater ecommerce site. now they didnot help to customer. plz help me sir. plz help me and solve my proble.
