Snapdeal — worst customer service .

I bought a sandal from them which was size 10 as per my order I made the payment and was waiting to get it delivered but Even after 5days I dint got anything so I called up the customer care regarding the same they told me that my order has been cancelled due to unavailability so I told them to deliver me at least size 9 and after days I got it but this size was not comfortable so I again raised a request to deliver me size 10 .past 6 days I am calling the customer care but everytime I hear the same 4 line that ua complaint is registered nd being escalated give us some time and when the next day I call dem up they say last person who spoke to you dint raised the complaint.just now I spoke to the floor manager nd he was like you will get the same size ( 9) and when I said I don't want it refund my money he said "madam refund to aap bhul jao".
