[Resolved] Snapdeal — Wrong dimension product | |||||
I have order for 2 door wardrobe and get another free. Before placing the order I confirmed with Snapdeal that whether the product will be delivered as per Image or as per Technical Specification because both the dimensions are different. They confirm me that it will be as per technical specification I received order after 1 month which was per image (wrong dimension). I again called up for the replacement and they again confirmed me that It will be as per technical specification. I again received the product after 1 month with wrong dimension. I am really frustrated with this. From past 10 days 75 kg product is lying at my home, packed and I am now they are stating that it was their error. What I want now, either I should receive the same product with dimension as per technical specification or refund me double the amount what I have paid. Was this information helpful? | |||||
