[Resolved] Snapdeal — wrong product delivered and not refunding | |||
My name is Savya. I have orderd for a rechargeable toy car on snapdeal.Description of product says it has in-built recharge option and it includes rechargeable batteries.They have delivered a toy without recharge option and batteries. They offerd the transaction is thru TrustPay and there is refund/return option, if the customer is not satisfied with the product. But when I requested for refund, there is no proper response from them and nobody contacted me for taking back the product.I have given negative feedback on their site for this product, but they are not displaying this feedback.Only positive feedbcaks are displayed on the site.Please help me to resolve my issue and to get refund from them.
