Hi I have purchase Xolo Black 1X 32 GB from Snapdeal order id [protected].Phone configuration is 32 GB memory+ 3 GB Ram, 13 MP back camera and 5 MP front camera and but camera quality is very poor when i received this phone same date i initiate the refund/return of this mobile due to poor camera quality and call to Snapdeal customer care and they give me Xolo ghaziabad service centre address and ask me to visit, when i go to service centre they said phone is ok and Lava company give this camera quality. i inform to Snapdeal people they said its not return, i purchase this phone to 13 mp camera but company give poor quality camera in this phone, please let me know what i mistake, they mention on there site about camera quality, My question is without physical check the product how i know it is not good, if i purchase this mobile to shop then i will be check each and every thing but on-line shopping when i got the product than after i know this is not good as my conditions. now snapdeal said to me this product is not return.
