Hi, i purchased one sandwich maker from snapdeal. On 12th october 2014, i received my order. I checked my order & found that this is not working. Same time i tried to update snapdeal. I tried on their website as well, but it always shows that "access is denied" from last two days. It reflect same. I tried on their customer care number also, but still nothing is happen. Within 7 days from the date of receiving, i need to update them, otherwise they will not refund my money, but now what i will do, still i am unable to contact them, i mailed on their mail id also, but till date i haven't received any revert from their. I gave 2 reminders to them, still they haven't reverted. Now i am really frustrated from their service. Was this information helpful? | |||
