[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — casio edifice watch which is receive duplicate

I have received Casio edifice watch which is duplicate.
Product have no EAN code and MRP
No Warranty card
Box packing is so low quality
Service module is not printed photocopy
Multi dial function is not working.
Product code didn't match with official site of Casio.
Now I have decided to go for consumer court to take action against Snapdeal and seller for delivering fake product.
So Pl suggest procedure.

But I don't want to return in till receive genuine product.
