[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — cheating with customers supplied damaged item not giving and not giving me back my promo-code amount | |||||
I am a regular customer of snapdeal since last 3-4 years, i regularly do shopping form your website, and i have never faced any issue with the quality as well as service provided by snapdeal but in my recent purchase i faced so many issues with snapdeal. I have ordered sheffield classic high pressure vacuum vacuum cleaner on 13-07-17 its cost is around 2399/- for the payment of this order i have applied 1500/- promo code which i received through my hdfc snapdeal craditcard rewards points remdption and balance amount i paid through same credit card and i received that product on 18-07-17 and when i have opened that parcel it found damaged it is damaged from its power cable the power cable of machine is cut from the machine so i called to your customer care and said about this so they suggested me to go for replacement. But i don't know because of which reason your seller is unable to complete my order, so snapdeal had cancelled my order and initiated the refund without asking me and they are going to refund only that amount which i paid by credit-card not the promo code and this is totally unacceptable for me because this order is cancelled by snapdeal not by me because snapdeal's seller is not able to full-fill my requirement so i called to customer care and the same thing they said its "snapdeal's policy we can not do anything" Snapdeals's this policy is totally wrong because this order is not cancelled by customer i am ready for replacement and if it takes time then also i am agreed to wait for long time so in this case there is no any fault from my side so obviously snapdeal has to return me my promo-code back because this promo-code i received through my credit-card reward point redemption and that points i earned after spending too much money and also for redemption i had paid money as a point redemption charge so if see overall the loss is only mine snapdeal and hdfc back is only taking money from customers, Please look in to this matter as soon as possible.
